1. Purpose
Loyvia provides a digital loyalty platform that lets a restaurant run a points-based or stamp-based loyalty programme via Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
2. Plans and pricing
Standard: 299 CHF setup fee, then 29.99 CHF / month. Pro: 299 CHF setup fee, then 49.99 CHF / month. The 299 CHF setup fee is billed once, together with the first month's subscription.
3. Duration and cancellation
The subscription has no minimum commitment. The restaurant may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period; the current month remains payable.
4. Restaurant responsibilities
The restaurant is solely responsible for defining its loyalty rules (points or stamps), its rewards, and the accuracy of the information it communicates to its customers.
5. Service availability
Loyvia uses reasonable efforts to ensure service availability, without guaranteeing absolute uptime, particularly during maintenance or incidents at our technical providers.
6. Changes to these terms
These terms may evolve over time. Any significant change will be communicated to the restaurant before it takes effect.
